@JimmyCaldero@CB_Dan_ The sweet spot is so strong and you can tech chase with it, and you use it when you want. But I like Roy, I think he’s fun but I wouldn’t say he isn’t super strong
@CB_Dan_@JimmyCaldero Ice climbers, nah, they seem cool but I’m not a huge fan of the super technical. Just gimme Ganon so I can hard punish a few mistakes from my opponent. But I could do the same with like... half the top tiers
@JimmyCaldero@CB_Dan_ I guess..? But I’m not gonna get into that lol. But it’s crazy that I find a bunch of bad characters fun but they’re just not reasonable in bracket.
@JimmyCaldero@CB_Dan_ Unrelated, I’m feeling kinda burnt out cuz of character crisis. Rosa is not as fun for me, I played Palu a bit but she’s.. not the most fun. I’ve mained Ganon a few months but sometimes I lost to players I shouldn’t so I’m in a weird spot
@CB_Dan_@JimmyCaldero Same, fundamentals, in a perfect world, should be rewarded over character specific input prowess. And I think this game rewards fundamentals more since defensive options like shield and air dodge are weaker, both were way too strong in Sm4sh
@JimmyCaldero@CB_Dan_ Lmao, I think it comes down to some players who “figured out” Sm4sh and because Ult is something new that doesn’t have a clear cut solution they just want to dislike it. Also, if anyone is close to having figured out Ult it’s Mk Leo and is still say he’s just an amazing player
@CB_Dan_@JimmyCaldero I didn’t know some players are saying Sm4sh was deeper than Ult, or that this game is more simple. This game still isn’t as technical as brawl or as defensive as Sm4sh but we still could’ve seen more tech and less defense still
