@SkodaIndia I own Skoda Kushaq Matte since Sep 2023 & from day 1, I have had issues with driver side power window specially with Auto up feature. After multiple visits to Zedex Skoda Delhi, issue has not been fixed till today.
@SkodaIndia Even after endless workshop visits,requests,escalations, neither Zedex nor Brite Skoda were able to fix it. Does this mean I was sold a faulty car by Skoda? If yes then what Skoda customers are supposed to do in such cases? Accept that I was cheated ?

@TheOfficialSBI I want to complaint against SBI New Ashok Nagar branch. I took car loan from them in Sep'23 & my CIBIL was 810.After 2 months,my CIBIL decreased to 800 because of their technical issues:
1. ECS issue due to which EMI got delayed,they failed to activate it.
@TheOfficialSBI Thanks, I have raised a complaint as suggested by you however I am surprised why the Branch Chief Manager couldn't guide me to do this as I have been following with him and the branch for over a month now, very disappointed with how they operate,I suggest you speak with them too

2. Processing fees not deducted and got delayed even when I had given them a cheque for the same.After multiple followups,I was asked to pay it online which I did and next month it again got deducted from my bank account and I ended up paying processing fee twice

@Pepperfry How difficult is it to check? Delivery is already delayed by 6 days and you are still checking, stop fooling your customer and stick to commitments and if you can not do it, at least take action when customer is escalating and is absolutely frustrated, have some shame
