केरल की एक मुस्लिम आयुर्वेद डॉक्टर संजना एस. ए. (42) 6 माह पहले भोपाल में Phd करने आई।

15 मई को अचानक उनकी तबियत बिगड़ी और उन्हें एक प्राइवेट हॉस्पिटल में भर्ती किया गया। एक हफ़्ते के बाद ब्रेन हैमरेज से उनकी मौत हो गई।

हॉस्पिटल ने परिवार से ऑर्गन डोनेशन की गुजारिश की। उनकी दो बेटियां हैं, पति बंगलुरू में IT सेक्टर में मैनेजर हैं।

चुकी भोपाल आने से पहले उन्होंने केरल में मरणोपरांत अंगदान करने की कथित गुजारिश की थी, उनके पति राज़ी हो गए।

उस अंगदान से तीन लोगों की जान बची। उनके पति ने कहा, हमें इस से फ़र्क नहीं पड़ता है कि मरीज़ किस जात या धर्म का है।

उनके बचे शरीर को केरल ले जाया गया। विदाई से पहले प्राइवेट हॉस्पिटल ने ख़िराज-ए-अक़ीदत पेश की और भोपाल पुलिस ने गार्ड ऑफ़ हॉनर दिया।

After the unfortunate crane mishap near Mankhurd, traffic has come to a standstill. Office goers returning home have been stuck in traffic for over two hours and counting.

Always helpful traffic police is sharing regular updates that traffic is slow because of the mishap.

Jayaraj kept his mobile shop open past 9pm during lockdown.

Police came. Took him away.

His son Bennix heard about it and rushed to the station to check on his father.

They let him in.

Then locked the door.

Both were stripped. Tied down on a wooden table. Beaten with lathis every 10 minutes through the night.

Their blood splattered the walls.

The next morning police took them to a doctor who gave them a fitness certificate.

Then to a magistrate who remanded them to jail without even looking at them properly.

Bennix died on June 22. Jayaraj died on June 23.

Yesterday a court found all 9 police officers guilty of murder.

It took 6 years.

Sentencing is on March 30.

The FIR said Jayaraj and Bennix rolled on the ground and used obscene language.

CCTV from the shop next door showed nothing of that sort happened.

The case against them was completely fabricated.

They died for a crime they never committed.
