@ahmednasirlaw Misleading. For one to be subject to sharia law, one must first submit to it. The succession cause was filed in the High Court by a Christian who is not subject to Sharia law. In this case secular law rightfully trumped sharia law, Kenya being a secular State.

@El_Law50 @EWKituku @CLE_Kenya @SchoolofLawKE even the transcripts have very serious mistakes. there is a unit that indicated on my transcript that i had failed, only to be told after i had done a re-sit and passed that the said unit had missing project work marks. surely?! the examinations office has to be serious.

@EWKituku @CLE_Kenya @SchoolofLawKE The 2nd list for out-of-time students also had names from the 1st list. If there are mistakes in released notices, or even mistakes when it comes to the processing of requests, who’s to say that the exam results are also without errors?! Make the marked exam booklets public!
