They're literally cancelling surgeries at children's hospitals. But wearing a mask or avoiding unnecessary gatherings right now is too much to ask of grown-ups.
Hey @Sflecce!
My wife is a full-time elementary school secretary.
Here's a tiny sample of the work she's done since 2020:
- helped families without home computers access tech for online learning during COVID
- cared for kids who got sick at school during a raging pandemic
Sick of people calling everything in crypto a Ponzi scheme. Some crypto projects are pump and dump schemes, while others are pyramid schemes. Others are just standard issue fraud. Others are just middlemen skimming of the top. Stop glossing over the diversity in the industry.

Extremist far-left ideas like “what if we still had a breathable atmosphere in 20 yrs” and “let’s do the things it takes to get a pandemic under control” and “religious supremacists shouldn’t control our courts” and “it would be good to educate everyone without predatory debt”
As I’m watching husbands and fathers say goodbye to their loved ones, their children, not knowing if they will ever see them again, I just cannot believe that for two years we’ve been watching people cry and protest over having to wear a fucking mask.
Today is literally the anniversary of the Quebec mosque shooting, a day when we should all be thinking about how to stop Islamophobia & hate. Instead, you've got Confederate flags. You've got Swastikas. You've got politicians literally supporting this on Parliament Hill. Shame!
@jm_mcgrath Yeah, I thought it tied things up very nicely. I'm hoping the last season of the show will be good but I can't imagine how they're going to make it work without the time jump.
we cannot have indoor sporting events with 20,000+ unmasked or without a third dose and tell those masked and with three doses/rapid tests that they can’t see their families — the policy hypocrisy is just too great.
