The Traitor-in-Chief, Mickey Martin ignores the fact that we were promised our neutrality would be protected when we were forced to vote on the Lisbon Treaty a second time.
At the last election none of the government parties had as a policy goal removing the Triple-Lock, because as he well knows they’d have lost.
Opinion poll after poll shows the people want Ireland to remain neutral - despite decades of campaigning against our neutrality in the Irish media, most especially in the Brit-rag the Irish Times.
He is a lying, devious, traitorous, fascist selling us out, again, to enrich himself.
Soko, an African Muslim contestant on MasterChef Spain, refused to cook pork because it’s ‘haram’: "For me, my religion is more important than anything else."
The judges sent her straight to elimination: "Here, you have to cook everything!"
HORRIFYING: Yasmeen Khan, owner of a beauty salon, offered free courses to young Christian and Hindu women to lure them in. Once there, she drugged their drinks. When they lost consciousness, she called her husband Mohammed Khan, who raped them while she stood watch at the entrance.
They recorded the abuses to blackmail them and force them to have relations with more Muslim men. When questioned, Yasmeen justified the crimes by saying that helping to rape "infidel girls" would lead her to Paradise.
This is Islam.
The notion that fighting racism and promoting diversity is your highest ideal makes me laugh, especially when I hear it coming from Irish people.
You are part of an ancient ethnic group; there are only about 5 million of us left on the island. We are the minority you always talk about.
There are billions of Africans and Indians, they don't suddenly become a minority because they relocate to our country.
Are you people well in the head, or have you been drinking too much tap water?
Between Africa and India, about 70 million babies were born last year, while less than 50,000 Irish babies were born last year.
In just one day, Africans and Indians are having more than 4 times the number of babies we're having in a whole year!
Stop calling them "minorities."
I have said this before and I'll say it again, you can not hate the press enough.
This is apparently what it means to be making great progress in multicultural Ireland 2026.
@IrishTimes lying scumbags
⚠️Bulgarian Man Guilty Of Assaulting 12YO Girl In Dundee
Ilia Belov, 22, has been found guilty of assaulting a 12YO girl and acting in a threatening or abusive manner towards four girls aged 12-14.
The court heard Belov made sexual remarks to the girl and pushed the 12YO, causing her to fall and hit her head.
Belov claimed he was acting in self defence after seeing a knife, and denied making sexual comments.
Sheriff Timothy Niven-Smith rejected his evidence as "wholly unconvincing and self-serving," calling it a "revisionist" excuse.
The sheriff accepted the girls’ accounts, supported by CCTV and other witnesses, and said Belov’s remarks triggered the confrontation.
Bulova's sister, Nadjedzha Belova, had already pleaded guilty to the assault on the 13YO girl.
⚖️Sentencing for both is set for 5th August.
🌍The case went viral last year after footage of the girl holding a knife and axe circulated widely.
Several high-profile commentators claimed the girls were lying and were the aggressors, some called it racist far-right propaganda.
➡️Shame on them.
The leader of Fine Gael in the EU parliament, Seán Kelly MEP, today suggested in an article in the Sunday Independent, that Ireland should support the end of the veto for EU member states at European Council level.
This would mean the end of any meaningful national democracy, not just for Ireland, but for the whole of Europe. The direction of our nations would be decided by unelected bureaucrats in the EU commission. And our elections at national level would cease to have any meaning whatsoever.
Irish neutrality would die on the altar of "international obligations" and we would almost certainly be drawn into global conflicts that the EU felt suit their economic interests.
He stresses that this must be forced through quickly and without much scrutiny, so as to reduce the possibility of any country electing a leader on the populist right or left who might disagree with this course of action. This is nothing but disdain for national sovereignty and the democratic decisionmaking of ordinary citizens.
Mr. Kelly feels that the Irish population are so overwhelmingy pro- EU that none of this would matter to them. He cites EU funded Eurobarometer polling. If he is so sure that this is the case, he should be advocating a referendum to decide the matter.
I cannot believe the current state of our politicians who have so much disdain for democracy. They should hang their heads in shame.
70% of property bought in Dublin in 2023 was bought by foreigners. 46% paid in cash. Ireland's property market is an international money laundering haven. Ireland is the only country in the EU without restrictions on foreign purchases of property.

🚨BREAKING: The new Hungarian PM announces that from June 1st, he will END all non-European migrant work permits
"Their arrival will be reduced to zero. We want to work on returning ethnic Hungarians from Western Europe." 🇭🇺
Life expectancy measures wealth and demographics, not health infrastructure which is in here. Ireland has the highest bed occupancy in the OECD, 43% fewer beds than the EU average, 900,000 on waiting lists, and 75% of GP lists closed to new patients. Education attainment is high yes, but 35,000 of those graduates emigrated last year because they can't afford to live here. The graph measures what the state builds and delivers, not outcomes that succeed despite it.
The protests in Ireland are not about just fuel! They are about the distance between Ireland on this graph and every other modern and developed economy. Ireland is second wealthiest but gets waaaaay less than any other country for that wealth. By a golden mile.
That visual gap in this graph? That’s what people are protesting. It’s a lack of infrastructure and the everyday enshittification of services, the economy, and the additional difficulty of trying to live, relative to peers in any other country. It also highlights why people don’t get uniformly listened to! - because there is no government architecture to engage meaningfully across this huge gap.
That gap is a three hour drive to work in traffic, a 14 month wait for an MRI, buses that don’t arrive, trains that don’t exist, schools that have no places for your kids, houses that are unaffordable, pubs that close before midnight, €12 sandwiches, expensive fuel.
People feel this gap, even if they can’t explain it precisely. And that builds into resentment, and ultimately protest. Fuel just happened to be the next thing that could be pointed to, today.
Spain just went ahead and cut its vat rate from 21%to 8% without waiting for EU.
Also remember, the Irish Government had no trouble *standing up* to EU re the Apple Tax. #Choices
Anyone else noticing and loving the nuns and priests getting involved? Both reminiscent of another uprising 110 years ago and in tune with the global revival official Ireland is so tone deaf on. Love to see it 💪🏻👌🏻 https://t.co/A4M5CCl1lk
