@sainsburys why has it taken so long to fix the travelators at your store in maypole Birmingham? Also 1 of the lifts is not working making shopping there almost impossible for the elderly and disabled, the store is in a very poor state of repair embarrassing really

@sainsburys The travelator has been broken for at least 4\5 months this is our local store, we visit weekly to do our main shop the store is terrible and needs a lick of paint and the lifts fixing. There are never enough staff working when you self checkout, it’s really gone down hill
