I’ve cared for patients where they/their family can’t afford to put the heating on.

I’ve seen patients who ration the use of ventilators bc they’re worried about how much it will add to the electricity bill.

Trying to use @amazon customer service is ridiculous.

Telling me something is not in stock when it shows in stock online, then telling me that they don’t know if they’re going to restock something I ordered 2 MONTHS AGO which still hasn’t been delivered…

@AmazonHelp I’m currently talking to the online help but they have only offered me to reorder something they say is out of stock and I’m not getting anywhere with them, hence trying Twitter!
