@FitbitSupport Good evening, my Versa has stopped responding all of a sudden. Finally decided to use it during a swim today and a few hours later it’s dead, has condensation in the green light area, overheats on the charger, and won’t turn back on. Please advise, thank you.

@FitbitSupport My Versa has been counting active minutes when I’m not doing anything. I notice it says my heart rate jumps to ~140 and stays there, even when I’m just sitting on the couch. I got 114 active minutes when I was really grading papers for 2 hours today. Why?
