@CarMax I hope anyone that reads these stays away from this company. They literally offered me no help and now I will probably have to wait weeks to get all these problems fixed and we are back to square one. No car. Nothing. I work too hard for this to be happening

@CarMax like yeah! We bought the car to use. Your jokes aren’t helping me! And quite frankly are so frustrating. 2 credit hits and 20 points later, nothing has been resolved and the car wasn’t even as advertised. This is what you get for being a decent human.

You try to do right by your family and people screw you over. @CarMax I have 3 children and we cant afford to drive my husband to work and get these kids to school. We had to be up at 3am just to get him there on time on one car. Then the staff jokes about us driving so much

But I have applied for a new car, approved financing and gotten the better vehicle shipped in. @CarMax is giving me nothing! And now they wont take my 2 week old vehicle back! This has been a nightmare! I would never recommend them to anyone. I just want to cry.

shown. @CarMax says oh it’s nothing we can do. And we need the car and say okay maybe we can make it work. He cannot miss work! Now driving it and more issues. Now we are 100 miles over this 1500 miles or 30 days mess and they wont do anything but say we cant take it
