This is a great option for busy parents like myself who just don’t have a lot of time to devote to reading or long audiobooks. Love that the library gives so many options! #TLDE2021
Sometimes it’s hard to commit 10+ hours to listen to an audiobook. This list features some that are about six hours or less, and come as both an SCD and a downloadable audiobook — https://t.co/OPHePnx5rk.

Grief is weird. When you lose someone so tragically and unexpectedly, you never know how you’ll feel. It’s the worst that first year. Experiencing all the firsts without them.
"Entering the library, one can see the stacks of books to the left. To the right, there are virtual reality stations where library users can go to a room and play virtual reality video games."

I found the “Enchanted Forest Chronicles” as a kid and I fell in love with Princess Cimorene, who forged her own non-Princess path despite everyone telling her she couldn’t bc no one else had done it before. Such a good tale of bravery and following your own heart. #TLDE2021
Every person faces many challenges on a daily basis and a healthy dose of courage makes every obstacle easier to overcome. What are your favorite books about courage? We would love to hear which books inspire you!
@jenmaleylibs Student displays are a great idea too. Get the kids to have their parents (and grandparents) take them to the library to see their work! So cool.
As a future librarian and an artist, I would LOVE to see more libraries adorning their walls with pieces from local artists. It would help the artist get exposure and the libraries would get some pretty new artwork. Win-win! #TLDE2021

2020 was hard. Libraries had to learn to adapt for patrons. This article shares some neat things libraries did last year and asks, “What changes made during the ‘new normal’ do we want to keep” going forward? A good and thought-provoking read. #TLDE2021
