Here are the facts about the newest ICE murder.

1. The victim was confronted for recording ICE agents. (Which is not a crime).

2. After he refused to back down they started pushing him and another individual.

3. They then tussled a bit and the victim was on the ground surrounded by about 6 agents.

4. One of the agents is seen removing the victims firearm from his hip just seconds before the first gun shot.

5. A different ICE officer then shot the victim three times in the back. (Photographed here).

This is the video that actually matters.

Yes, the victim was legally concealed carrying, however he never drew the weapon, and never posed a threat.

However, an ICE agent, who noticed the holstered weapon, deliberately enters the tussle to disarm. (Actually a good move, and I will not condemn this agent for this action)

But when that ICE agent withdraws, with the gun secured, another agent opens fire on the disarmed subject. The rest of the group joined him in firing on a disabled and disarmed subject.

The narrative of a threat cannot be true, because by the time the agent made the choice to use lethal force and carry out the execution, there was no present firearm. He could not possibly have been threatened by what was not there.

Also included is a longer video, from another angle, shot by the woman in pink, that shows the build up to the continuation, where the man is shown attempting to help a woman who was violently put to the ground by the ICE agent, before being maced, and tackled to the ground, all while raising his hands and attempting to communicate that he was not a threat.

Okay so,

1) an American citizen exercises his First Amendment right to peaceably assemble and his Second Amendment right to bear arms, out of apparent concern that a tyrannical federal government is violating basic protections afforded under the Constitution

2) after coming to the aid of an unarmed woman who's been shoved to the ground by a masked federal agent, the citizen -- impaired by pepper spray, holding nothing but a cell phone -- is dragged to the ground by a group of other masked agents

3) during the scuffle, shortly after one masked agent removes the weapon from the restrained citizen's person, several other masked agents open fire, unloading 10 shots from close range and killing the unarmed citizen

4) despite video evidence, a spokesman for the federal government says the citizen approached agents with a gun, provoked a violent confrontation, and planned to "massacre" law enforcement

You really want to defend this? Go ahead. Just know, you look like an absolute fool.
