For example the bonus now only applies to regular non heavy slams, jumping and then initiating a heavy slam are boosted with niras, slam, and heavy attack mods. Rise from the ashes slam specific does not, although the killing blow mod does slightly boost its damage but minimally

@PabloMakes not sure if it’s the new update but valkyrs talons aren’t benefiting from all the new changes. Equipping mods with bonus to the frame don’t apply to talons. Specifically the rise from the ashes. That move is not benefiting from any slam or heavy attack mods.

This was not the case previously, Nira’s mods used to reflect its bonus damage on the talons stat board. Now they don’t. The damage bonus from slam or heavy attack mods boosted every slam attack, regular, heavy and rise from the ashes. Now they seem to only boost certain slams.
