@Shellc2269 @zavvi Having the same issues too! CS are no help and won't cancel my order stating it's "too far along in dispatch process" due to the digital comic. Have you had any luck hearing from them?

Anyone else having issues with @zavvi providing a dispatch date for items bought weeks ago and then not allowing you to cancel said items because it's "too far along in dispatch" because of a digital comic!
