@AmericanAir HORRIBLE customer service! Delays starting at 3:00. Midnight now and you force us off a plane saying you couldn’t get the luggage carrier open. No customer service to advise us, knowing a snow/ice storm is coming. Go to baggage claim and no luggage and CLOSED!
