@TechDudeKC@acnewsitics No. It is actually the opposite. There are 40 slots to fill and only 30 qualified white applicants. So they're saying, "its ok to take the 10 unqualified blacks instead of waiting to train 10 others who can do the job. AND... you get your DEI credit in too!

Which is why it should be based on merit, scores, and an interview, along with assessing their character.
Blacks are the lowest IQ, highest violent crime rate, most likely to leave their family, quit their job, etc.
