It's just a Storyboard that didn't make it into the Episode. Is Mrs. Puff in the episode? There's no way to prove it.

@Joshua60991948 @DeSoupBowl Not how I see it. That's just the way I approach Storytelling. If you didn't put it IN the Source Material or make it CLEAR, then the only thing you can do is Retcon it later.

The Storyboard ISN'T the Episode. And "Mrs. Puff" isn't even IN the Credits despite "talking."

I'm surprised a future episode has NEVER referenced this moment to at least 100% Confirm Mrs. Puff.
