@WestJet you charge us for everything .. literally even to breathe the air in your planes… and yet when I paid almost a hundred dollars extra to get a window seat… u gave me one with no window! How would I know that from ur seat map?

And wasn’t allowed to talk to anyone to check how to reach Wpg. Obviously no help for food or hotel… even tho she’s not local. Keep it up!! She is traumatised by how they yelled at her while she was crying and will never fly west jet again. So much for is being loyal customers!!

@WestJet ! My 18 yr old is flying from yyz( biz) and they cancelled when she was at the airport. Refused to let her talk to the counter, asked her to “go home”. She was crying as her hostel in Hamilton is now shut. She would “be informed” when rebooked.
