@EmiratesSupport As I said when I asked for the support and emailed nearly two weeks ago I was not provided with this information.
The response in the picture is not helpful at all and rude. Not what I would expect from your service and shows a lack of care for your customers.
I am now home.
I asked @emirates for a nut free meal due to having a severe nut allergy and this was their response…. May I add that they don’t have the ingredients on the food so it you can’t check yourself.
@EmiratesSupport Well when I asked your customer service for support that was the reply without that information. I know there is no guarantee but no one could even give me an ingredients list 🤷🏾♀️
