Between Mon 28th Nov & Fri 2nd Dec, 27 patients missed their appointments. This totalled over 7 hours and 50 mins of missed apt across the week ⏰
This is a reduction of 3 hours and 15 mins in apts so thank you to every patient who cancelled an apt they no longer needed ☺️
