In Satyug All humans do bhakti based on Vedas. Presently, it is Kalyug. Unrighteousness has increased. faith of humanas towards bhakti is reduced. Either they don't do bhakti, or if they do, then they do arbitrary bhakti, which is forbidden in Gitaji16:23-24
