@BoringBiz_ Jep. Realized housing prices will never come down significantly as they are being protected a few years ago when they should have crashed but did not. It is also a psychological thing. Owners expect value to rise and will only sell for less if in dire circumstances.
@ShadowofEzra Seems to me like once again the ones responsible for causing the problem are deflecting by placing the blame in the ones who did not cause the problem.
@elonmusk 2/2 living. It is a result of life (economy etc) not getting better after a periof of growth and instead taking a downturn. As long as there is a positive outlook people will have children.
@elonmusk I hardly know any women who do not want kids. Different story with men, but most whi don’t come around later in life. However, the economy and work situation being what it is, many forego having kids. I don’t buy the theory that not having kids is a result of too comfortable 1/2
@richardursomd@TRobinsonNewEra This post of yours can easily be misunderstood. Only your other post in this thread makes it clear where you stand on this.
@mideysmith Spidey is waaay stronger than most oeople know. Much stronger than Captain Anerica in the comics and probably way stronger than a super soldier in the MCU as well. We are talking about tons of lifting power. Double digits.
