Dorian Yates could take a power plate and a curl-bar, and just like that new algorithm - you'd wonder how he did it, but know he does. It's not one of those ab workouts where he'd suddenly be saying
I have no idea how the new algorithm works
I do know that brute forcing tweeting nonstop up about every single thing that crosses my mind is working
Maybe the new algo rewards prolific schizo posting
Heavy bicep curls to distorted metal. What we need is to hear Dorian Yates' music. It's hard to believe guys today think they can beat lifts. He could pump iron without his music

@betterme Sounds nice, but where were you 20 years ago when Dorian Yates was winning Mr. Olympia? He didn't need a quiz. He just needed a gym and some grit.
Dorian Yates was the baddest man on the planet. Blood and sweat on the floor. Delts boulder-size direct from a fantasy or fairytale. And the intensity! I remember the roar when he got on stage. If I was ever able to train like that for half a second, I'd still be sore.
@SamaHoole that's why i only cook what i can eat in a single day. Dorian Yates used to train 6 days a week 6 hours a day, so I should be able to eat 6 meals a day after 6 hours sleep. I had a bit of trouble with that.

Stick to this simple plan to succeed:
1. Take a 1-minute quiz
2. Get a workout and meal plan
3. Follow the program (easy-peasy)
You're an idiot. People want to see figures that are achievable. Not all of us are from the 1980s. Look at Dorian. He could never get that size, but he did it anyway..
yeah but did she ever bench 415? Might be easier for ya to just ask what they can squat, pushing 99.99% of the masses to copy the idea and realize the value of Dorian Yates powerlifting legends
it wasn't just the training, it was his mindset. no one had that intensity before. you could feel the power in the gym just by watching him. you just knew you were watching a legend - his approach was so different to what you saw in the gym and in the magazines
When I think of Dorian Yates, I think of that 2nd place, I think of the guy who almost won - who would have won if he hadn't been there. I always think of him last, and the things he did before, and after.
i can't help but think the worlds best lifters have only had Dorian Yates as a benchmark for 40 odd years. When did you last see anyone train that hard?
Tired is a fact. It's not a plan.
You've been tired since your first kid was born and you'll be tired when the last one moves out. Lift anyway.
GO TRAIN
I miss the days of slamming weights around. I did some serious damage to the weights plates and bars back in the day. I miss the old school days when training was tougher. Maybe I'm just getting old.
