Hello. I sent this exact post to you on Oct 13, 2024, but it was ignored.
This is a critical data lock issue.
1. The X Basic plan was canceled on Apple's system over a year ago.
Apple's history confirms the subscription ended on May 24, 2024 (See attached Image D).
2. However, X's management screen (both Web and iOS) still incorrectly shows the plan as 'valid' (See attached Images A and B).
3. The X system incorrectly believes the subscription is active via Apple, which blocks my ability to upgrade to X Premium on my account @Asherel_N.
Please route this data lock issue to a technical team for immediate resolution.
I am unable to pay for your service due to this major bug.

My X Premium (Basic) subscription expired on May 24, 2024, and it has been canceled on my Apple account. However, it still shows as active in the X app, and I’m unable to cancel it. I have tried reinstalling the X app and clearing the cache, but the issue hasn’t been resolved.
I would like to cancel my X Premium (Basic) subscription, so I need your assistance.
