No it doesn’t.. Paul says that He(Paul) wishes that we would all be single because it is such a gift to HIM.. not that it is “objectively better”.. he actually said that getting married is NOT sin and should not disqualify anyone.. yet after becoming clergy across the entirety of the RC Church it is sin and disqualifying and only for a portion of the church you are allowed to marry before hand.
