"Indeed, Allah has purchased from the believers their lives and their wealth in exchange for Paradise. They fight in the cause of Allah, so they kill and are killed… This is the true promise binding upon Him in the Torah, the Gospel, and the Qur’an. And who is more faithful to His covenant than Allah? So rejoice in the bargain you have made. That is the supreme triumph.”
Holy Quran 9:111
Imam Hussain (a.s.) embodied this verse in its fullest sense. At Karbala, he willingly gave his life, his family, and everything he possessed solely for the sake of Allah (swt), seeking neither power nor worldly gain, but the preservation of truth and justice.

@_A_khalifa Bastard you follower of 3 idiots who left Hazrat Muhammad PBUH alone in Uhud battle field and fled away like goats according to Sahib Bukhari
Sayyida Zainab (sa) stood upon the burning sands of Karbala and watched her world shattered before her eyes. Brothers martyred, sons sacrificed, nephews slain, children orphaned, and the beloved grandson of the Prophet (pbuh) left upon the battlefield. Yet the daughter of Ali (as) did not see defeat. She saw the unveiling of Divine truth. Through tears that could drown oceans and a heart carrying the grief of generations, Sayyida Zainab (sa) proclaimed:
"I saw nothing but beauty."
For she witnessed souls ascending to Allah (swt), falsehood exposing itself, and a sacrifice that would give life to Islam until the end of time.
Karbala was written in blood by Hussain, but it was preserved for history by Zainab.

💔 painful departure
Imam #Hussain's (as) farewell to Abbas (as):
"brother ‘#Abbas, can I do anything for you?”
“Yes, Master. When I came to this world,
I saw your face first. Now, as I am going from this world, Master, I would like to see your face for the last time.”
'‘Abbas, why can't you see me?”
“Master, my eyes are covered with blood.”
Imam Hussain (as) cleaned ‘Abbas' eyes. ‘Abbas gazed at Hussain (as).
“‘Abbas, I have a wish too. All your life you have called me Master. Once, brother ‘Abbas, just once, call me brother.”
‘Abbas said:
“Hussain (as), my brother, do not take my body to the tents. I am ashamed of myself. I don't want Sakina to see me. I don't want my sisters Kulthoom and Zainab to see me like this. I don't want Kulthoom and Zainab to cry.”
Abbas took his last breath and died on Hussain's (as) lap.
