@ThinkCanadaVisa What could be the reason for the delay .. its already been more then a week

@ThinkCanadaVisa hii.. I have applied for canada visa. I have already submitted my application with the visa fees we have applied for 4 applicants out of which only for 2 I hav received the BIL letter and other 2 have not yet come.. both of them are 60+ age (my parents)
