No one is bothered to listen to common citizen complaints. Traffic police standing on crossing is very active to loot us in case any document is missing. But if we raise any complaint, there is no one to listen or respond.. shame

Always the problem pf ecess toll deduction at Fatehpur Rampur toll plaza on Easter peripheral expressway. In place of Rs. 70/ , they deducted Rs. 180/ and now while my bank is approaching they are denying for refund. This has happened multiple times

Two issues
1. With exchange value
2. charges that delivery person took due to change in exchange value.
I have registered the issue already & is in open status (exchange).but now after seeing the invoice i came to know that he charged me 100rs extra..

This is regarding the delay in amount credit for a SIP. I had posted a reuqest of selling SIP around 8-9 days back. order status is coming as executed but amount is not yet received. I tried toll free no. also but waiting was too high. pls get in touch

@jha_sunanda @JaquarGroup I hope still your complaint is unresolved.. this is such a payhetic company that gives a timeline of someone getting in touch..not for resolution.. that too minimum 15 days..

@JaquarGroup @MehraRanbir You think u r being very cool and customer oriented by giving a timeline of 15 days.. have some shame.. taps are creating issue today and u will resolve the issue in 15 days.. just go to hell.. customer ki koi nai sunta is desh mein.. bhad mein jao sale sab k sab.. @nsitharaman
