A glimpse into the dire situation of @airindia flight from Gatwick to Cochi. Leaking vents, no inflight entertainment, seat not reclining, barely any option for drinks. Extremely appalling attitude from flight staff to address customer request.
@airindia Terrible online check in system, my selected seats have been changed twice now when checking in and customer services have been so unhelpful, I have called 6 times tonight. Website and app are displaying conflicting info. Most stressful online check in experience ever.

Stuck at @HIAQatar after @britishairways cancelled the flight BA2032 and rescheduled after 20hours. No @britishairways staff to be seen at the airport. @qatarairways staff is not providing any clear solution, over 100 people including seniors and children are stranded here.
@DavidLloydUK such a terrible experience so far. Been more than 15 days without a response regarding re-activating. Have sent several requests over the app as there are no direct contact available. Doesnβt let you cancel the membership neither letting you in.

@airindiain experience has been the worst in my life. I am fed up and taking them to court. Will not refund my tickets, following up on a weekly basis since 1.3 years. 1 team says its refunded, the other ask for further account details, they do everything except refunding money.
