@AskCapitalOne I DM’d my details days ago. You said you’d contact me, but haven’t. When I called, I was told the cancellation was by @airindia, so you can’t help. Meanwhile, Air India says you control the booking. I’m stuck in the middle while fares have skyrocketed. This isn’t fair.
