@JioCare This is not the first time I was using Amazon prime. It was included in the plan during the jio fiber connection. Suddenly how can you include charges for that.i didn't opt jio fiber if it was not included your plan ..I could have some other plans

@JioCare I didn't opt this service it was default enabled since the jio fiber connection.
Your dealer said that all OTT platforms will be free excluding netflix .

Jio Fiber Customer Service Saga 🤯

Dealing with Jio Fiber's customer service has been a rollercoaster:

1️⃣ First agent claims I missed a month's bill, adding it to my current cycle.
2️⃣ Second agent says extra charges are due to connecting too many devices to Amazon Prime.
