But I didn't receive any messages yet for the same.
Item didn't get replaced.. item got returned. No refund received yet more than month. Customer care said it will be credited as soon as it is picked up

@AskWorkspace, please at least let me back up all my personal data and family photos. I had been using this drive solely for my PhD research backups and source code. I am not sure of what policy I violated. Without any warning, my account was disabled. My whole research is gone.

Similarly, the refund for PNR 2611094563 is marked as processed, but โน60 has been deducted.
