By clearing the gruelling 20-week Fighter Combat Leader (FCL) course at TACDE in Gwalior, the IAF’s very own ‘Top Gun’, she has become the first woman pilot to join this elite league of tactics specialists and the Indian Air Force’s first woman Fighter Combat Leader.

Delighted to host the Parliamentarians’ Meeting on Indian Trade and Commerce at the NDMC Convention Centre, Sansad Marg, New Delhi.

We had a productive discussion on key trade and commerce issues, strengthening the MSME and retail ecosystem, promoting indigenous enterprises, and shaping a future-oriented roadmap for India’s trading community.

The meeting was attended by esteemed Members of Parliament, Shri Chintamani Maharaj, Dr. Anil Bonde, Shri Sadanand Tanawade, Shri Naveen Jindal, Shri Kamakhya Prasad Tasa, Shri Ramesh Awasthi, Shri Sanjay Bhatia, Shri Rajkumar Chahar, and more.

The deliberations also focused extensively on the upcoming Bharatiya Vyapar Mahotsav, which will be held from 12–15 August 2026.

As one of India’s largest integrated platforms for trade, MSMEs, startups, manufacturing, exports, innovation, and entrepreneurship, BVM is set to create new opportunities for market access, business partnerships, and economic growth.

With just 5 days remaining, preparations are in full swing as we work towards making the Mahotsav a landmark initiative that advances Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri @narendramodi ji’s vision of Vocal for Local and Local to Global.

It was a privilege to join the #StratosIndiaForum, hosted by @BainandCompany in partnership with @CambridgeJBS in Mumbai, for a conversation on “Geopolitics: Sovereignty in a Contested World.”

As geopolitical fault lines deepen, artificial intelligence transforms economies, technology redefines power, and capital seeks new centres of growth and stability, nations and institutions must have the courage to challenge long-held assumptions. In an era of profound disruption, resilience will belong to those who can adapt without compromising the values that define them.

India is uniquely positioned at this moment in history. By combining democratic values with technological innovation, strategic autonomy with trusted global partnerships, and economic ambition with responsible leadership, India is not merely adapting to a changing world, it is helping shape it.

The opportunity before us is not simply to navigate uncertainty, but to contribute to building a global order that is more resilient, more trusted, more prosperous and more inclusive.

दिल्ली में जारी विरोध-प्रदर्शन गंभीर चिंता का विषय हैं। यह अत्यंत दुर्भाग्यपूर्ण है कि हमारे देश के छात्रों और युवाओं को कुछ लोग अपने राजनीतिक स्वार्थों की पूर्ति के लिए एक राजनीतिक औज़ार के रूप में इस्तेमाल करने का प्रयास कर रहे हैं। प्रधानमंत्री श्री @narendramodi के नेतृत्व में हमारी सरकार विद्यार्थियों और युवाओं की आकांक्षाओं को पूरा करने और उनके कल्याण के प्रति पूरी तरह प्रतिबद्ध है।

हमारे छात्रों की हर चिंता को सुनना और उसका समाधान करना हमारी जिम्मेदारी है।मुझे पूर्ण विश्वास है कि भारत के जागरूक, परिपक्व और विवेकशील युवा ऐसे भ्रामक प्रयासों को भली-भांति समझते हैं और वे प्रगति, विकास तथा राष्ट्रनिर्माण के मार्ग को ही चुनेंगे।

हम इस बात के लिए प्रतिबद्ध हैं कि किसी भी व्यक्ति, विशेषकर हमारे छात्रों और युवाओं के साथ किसी भी प्रकार का अन्याय न हो। विपक्ष के कुछ नेताओं द्वारा Manufactured Sense of Anger केवल जनता, विशेषकर हमारे बच्चों और युवाओं को भ्रमित करने और गुमराह करने का एक असफल प्रयास है।

युवाओं की भावनाओं और उनकी चिंताओं के प्रति हम पूरी तरह संवेदनशील हैं। संसद का सत्र चल रहा है, सरकार ने हर मुद्दे पर सार्थक बहस करने की भी बात कही है, मगर विपक्ष संसद में नहीं बल्कि सड़क पर मुद्दों का समाधान करने का अनुचित प्रयास कर रहा है।

लोकतंत्र में मुद्दों पर चर्चा करने की जगह संसद भवन है, जहाँ विपक्ष अपनी बात कहने के लिए स्वतंत्र है। इसलिए यदि विपक्ष गंभीर है तो मौजूदा मानसून सत्र को सुचारु रूप से चलाने में व्यवधान न उत्पन्न करे और संसद में ही सभी मुद्दों पर देश का ध्यान आकर्षित करे।
