@aadit_palicha shame on you and your company. No live customer support channel, on the app help section it's AI, On email it's AI, No phone number to get instant support, no live phone channel. Every time I have to beg to get my issue resolved like I owe something to your company

@ZeptoNow @zeptocares ordered dettol foaming refill pack MRP 179, received this one with MRP 109? What type of scam this is?
Called the delivery executive right after delivery when he was on stairs but he ran away like a thief. Shame shame shame #boycottzepto @jagograhakjago

[Ashish @Ashisssshhhh24]

@zeptocares Still waiting for resolution for the issue I have raised two days back.

[Ashish @Ashisssshhhh24]

Order a BAY 6 Brand Tawa from @ZeptoNow.
In the description, it's mentioned that it has an induction compitable bottom, but it's actually not and not working on induction. I reached out help centre, there's no one available to support but just automated response to send an email.

@zeptocares Hi shoeb, expecting a call at 3 PM Today, or else you can call me between 5:30 pm to 7 pm.

[Ashish @Ashisssshhhh24]

@zeptocares You people are calling on a very random time. May I know what would be your appropriate time to call me?

[Ashish @Ashisssshhhh24]

@zeptocares I asked you people to call me at 1 PM? But I got a call at 2:38, when I was not available? You people seems to be doing at the time only when I'm not available. If if won't get a call in next 1 hour, I will upload a full video of this issue on Instagram and X.
