Property owners along the proposed 11-km elevated corridor connecting Swami Vivekananda Metro Station to Silk Board Junction may be required to contribute towards the project's cost through a levy linked to property taxes.

The corridor, estimated to cost around Rs 1,300 crore, will pass through some of Bengaluru's busiest neighbourhoods and start-up hubs, including Indiranagar, Domlur, Koramangala and Madiwala. Bengaluru Smart Infrastructure Limited (B-SMILE) recently invited bids for the project
