That project has paid nearly $2 million to Jennifer Newsoms' for profit since 2021, including a $150,000 annual contracting fee since 2018. Medical Doctor in New York sharing her experience with her personal health insurance coverage

She estimates she’s pays about $5,000 per year for coverage and hasn’t used it in at least 3 years

So after paying $15k, she went to the doctor one time, was charged $300 out of pocket for a regular visit and then the insurance company denied her medication

“I had a singular office visit for one complaint. My insurance didn't cover the entirety of that visit. It cost me an additional $300 to include some lab work. But not only that, so now I'm out, we'll say $5,000 (for the year) plus $300 out of pocket. That wasn't covered for this office visit because I haven't used health insurance the rest of the year.

✔︎ ELIMINATE the COVID-19 vaccines’ classification as “countermeasures” under the PREP Act, enabling plaintiffs to pursue civil action for COVID-19 vaccine-related injuries.

✔︎ PRESERVE the VICP, allowing plaintiffs to choose whether to pursue civil action or seek compensation through the VICP. Plaintiffs are still prevented from “double dipping.”

If the Bill passes, this would be a monumental win for the vaccine-injured who have been denied their day in court.
