It was an honour to unveil this stunning portrait of our trailblazing former Lord Mayor Wendy Chapman. Wendy was the first female Lord Mayor of #Adelaide & in 1983 made history as the first woman in Australia to be LM. Her portrait will hang in the @CityofAdelaide chamber.
