@DrTab3 I would admit that the youth club was in the wrong because they didn’t adhere to protocol and thus lost the use of a well-known football logo and such. Liverpool is well within its rights and the law is pretty black and white here #bakergradlaw
@DrTab3@Forbes Like you mentioned, barbershop scenes are too common in various types of media to be considered distinct. Also, if Saban’s show isn’t effecting LeBron’s ratings, why does he care? Mimicry is usually the sincerest form of flattery #Bakergradlaw
@DrTab3 Yes it’s ridiculous that Sister Jean can receive money for Loyola-Chicago doing well and the players can’t. That’s what college sports is at the moment. I think it’s a tricky situation and technically O’Bannon settles the issue at hand #BakerGradLaw
@DrTab3 I don’t think legal action is warranted unless it’s proved, as per Kapernick’s case, that the reason Reid isn’t playing is because of his protests. Otherwise, every talented player would sue if they weren’t picked up immediately #BakerGradLaw
@DrTab3 2/2 personally I think this made headway for domestic violence cases and should serve as an example as to how they should be and most likely will be handled in the future #BakerGradLaw
@DrTab3 1/2 Domestic violence cases aren’t new to the NFL & and I think Jones was upset that the commissioner and the league were “against him” and “his player.” Many other cases were written off and Jones is most likely upset because this ruling effected his team
@DrTab3 When engaging in illegal activities you suffer the consequences. Institutions of higher learning especially in power-five conferences have reputations to uphold. This coupled with the Pitino scandal highlights that these sort of things won't be tolerated by the NCAA #BakerGradLaw
@DrTab3 2/2 Olympic flag as is. Those whose appeals were overturned must have been the ones in question or who were found to be doping due to the number of athletes competing anyway. I think the CAS was right in upholding the ruling #BakerGradLaw
@DrTab3 1/2 I know one rotten apple spoils the bunch but when it comes to the integrity of a nation of athletes, especially ones with issues in the past, it makes sense for CAS to uphold their ruling. 169 athletes from Russia are competing under the
@DrTab3 The concussion protocol needs to be redone entirely. New information about ex-NFL players having CTE is constant. In November, it came out that Frank McNeill was diagnosed with CTE while alive. A more serious & thorough protocol is needed for the sport to continue #BakerGradLaw
