@Ford The way you earn trust from customers is by owning up to your known faults and FIXING THEM, not putting them off on the hard working people that are buying your product and then completely ignoring them when a problem is discovered that stems from the poor manufacturing.
@Ford Can we discuss the info presented on your website? I find it incredibly ironic that these are the points listed, when ultimately the faulty manufacturing and the inability of the Ford Corporation to own up to their mistakes is what’s holding me back in my life currently.
@Ford how can I be expected to foot a bill for THOUSANDS of dollars when all I’ve done is work myself to death, put myself through college without ANY debt, and be so close to paying off my car just for that to all be thrown away because of the poor manufacturing of my vehicle??
Y’all need to own up to your faulty manufacturing by recalling the vehicles that have had HUNDREDS of complaints of the same kind. Why are we the ones having to front this bill when all we’ve done is buy a car from a brand that’s supposed to be honest and trustworthy?
@Ford please tell me why I am having to replace the transmission on my 2016 escape that literally has 80,000 miles on it? Especially considering there have been hundreds of others with the same problems I experienced. Why is there not a recall when you know there’s a problem?
Also, I am a 22 y/o recent college graduate who is just trying to make a living. How am I supposed to front the $4,400 cost that it will take to get a new transmission? Not to mention, that’s not even guaranteed to fix the problem.
