@AmericanAir Unbelievable. I flew @Delta all last year and they were wonderful. I thought I'd come back to American as I fly frequently for work/personal. I realize now this was a mistake. The level of customer service is garbage. As soon as I can I'm switching back all my flights.

@AmericanAir I've replied to the email. I'll be honest the customer service and overall experience with AA this year has been terrible. Multiple flight delays, no reimbursement for upgraded seats when I was rebooked by American, no reimbursement for cancelled legs of flights, now my bag...
