@almostexact Hey Bonny, I also had problems sleeping after my op for bowel cancel- in my case it was a mixture of anxiety & then impact of chemo meds - I got a free version of Calm app & the sleep stories were the only way I could get my mind to stop racing & let me get back to sleep
