The ease of getting a quick question answered or as for assistance with guest serves reps throughout the park is a great new feature. And their eagerness to help seemed very genuine. I had a great trip to CP today, thank you! (4/4)

@cedarpoint please pass this along to mgmt. I was at CP today with my son and we had such a great trip. We were delighted that all three kid areas were open, more options than start of last year! Even better was the extremely welcoming and pleasant staff! (1/4)

Several times I thought to myself how awesome the mood of the staff was.
I also really liked the guest services staff located throughout the park. We stopped twice to talk with them and both times they were very helpful and happy to help. (3/4)
