@Keir_Starmer Not shameful but fair. The state will help with 2 children which is just about acceptable but why should we have to pay because people make a choice to have more, if they can't afford them then don't have them!
@Keir_Starmer Maybe he could have phrased things better but the number of people on benefits in this Country (both immigrants and born and bred Brits) is not sustainable, doesn't encourage people to work and is a slap in the face for all those people who do work.
@Keir_Starmer You've not done a single thing for the likes of me yet, you know, the ones that work hard everyday, look after their own affairs and don't sponge off the State!
@CAMRA_Official@editorcamra I did and got a very standard stock reply from my MP who clearly doesn't give a toss! Sarah Russell MP btw (the first and probably last Labour MP for the Congleton constituency) who likely hasn't been in a pub her whole life!
@Keir_Starmer I am not frustrated about the pace of change at all, I am frustrated by virtually all your policies. Taxes didn't have to rise, you couldn't for political reasons get a grip on the crazily high benefits bill and the mismanaged NHS budget and this is the primary reason you had to.
@TalkTV@JuliaHB1 I often agree with Andy Burnham but then a day or so later he changes his view on a particular subject causing me to disagree! His heart is in the right place but you know less where he stands on a topic than Starmer.
@Keir_Starmer As a small business owner (small shop) your policies have resulted in people having little free cash to spend on things other than necessities, energy costs going through the roof due to your net zero obsession and NI cost sky rocketing. Business rates next I guess on your list.
@LeeAndersonMP_ An argument could be made that you contributed to this issue. Reform were never going to win many seats but took large numbers of votes away from the Tories which led to them losing many more seats than they otherwise would which resulted in a huge Labour majority and today's win
@TheCoopLive Wow a statement from Oak View Group at long last which I suspect is only as a result of pressure from the Co-op. Cancelled hotels, cancelled travel and huge disruption which you didn't seem to care about until they stepped in. Shambles!
@TheCoopLive You might get a little more sympathy if you didn't spin part of an aircon unit falling from the ceiling as a 'venue-related technical issue'. This is all shambolic but this spin isn't helping your cause!
@ProfBrianCox I voted remain but it really, really is time to move on. As I see things there are some ups and some downs but we just need to focus on getting the ups right, nothing in life is perfect and the EU and it's rules are certainly far from perfect.
@Jamesallenonf1@Wrexham_AFC@VancityReynolds A true fairytale story! A club with huge resources and massive media coverage winning promotion against teams living within their means such as Crewe and Barrow, yes an amazing story. This is isn't good for the game, let's remember Portsmouth, Leeds, Derby, Bury and many more.
@EdwardJDavey Would you say it's as big or smaller scandal than the Post Office one? I am surprised that no Government Minister of the time has resigned, particularly those that didn't respond to emails and refused to meet with campaigners and blindingly believed everything they were been told
