Just drove to the closet gas station and grocery store in Mount Pearl. Roads are narrow. I know the SoE is lifted, but honestly don’t go out unless you have to. Residential areas are down to single lanes, impossible to see around corners. Commonwealth down to 1.5 lanes each way.

This. I had to go out for baby formula. It’s awful everywhere. Terrifying to drive and I absolutely felt like I was in the way of snow clearing efforts. Stay off the roads unless you absolutely have to!

Three American military planes landed at Stephenville airport this evening and the 120 soldiers aboard are being housed for the night in hotels in the town. Here, several of the soldiers are seen heading to an awaiting minivan. Their destination, St. John's airport, was closed.
