@AmericanAir what the heck 🤬 she is traveling with a broken foot and she brought her “leg crutch” but was told to gate check it. Then you don’t put her crutch on the plane?! How can that even be possible?! Now she’s on a trip with extremely limited mobility.. someone fix this…
