Thus the creative process can reveal certain behavioural tendencies and traits, which the client might not bee aware of previously. The creative process itself can thus be a great source of gaining information about the client - a form of assessment.

Structured reflection post artmaking can help clients gain insights and realisations, allowing them to make required changes in their lifes.
