@MtcChennai @Chennai_One Even I got ticket in ChennaiOne for Tansi Nagar and I tried to get off there, the conductor said the bus would not stop here. No bus with number 570series stops at Tansi Nagar. Have the staffs been instructed to skip this stop?

@Chennai_One Today tried to get ticket using OTP. App couldn't detect the route. So entered route number manually. Even though it was a ordinary bus, app shows me deluxe fare. In this situation, how to change bus type? I've already brought this to your attention a few months ago.

@Chennai_One @MtcChennai The lady conductor is not allowing passengers to book tickets by using the Chennai One app. She is forcing everyone to pay only by cash or UPI. This kind of behavior is damaging MTC’s reputation. Pls look into this. Bus Code: PEK5194. Bus route no.: 3

@Chennai_One This is a bus running on the M1 route. Only one sticker has been sticked on it. We have to search for a QR code on this bus. Pls stick more stickers for smooth scanning.

@Chennai_One I reinstalled the app. But again and again the app is getting stuck. I am not able to book tickets.

@Chennai_One today I tried to book the ticket using OTP. the app didn't work properly even though I had stable network connection. I tried more than 2 OTPs but the app got stuck. I couldn't book and pay. Pls, look into this issue.

@Chennai_One Today I booked ticket using QR. But the app could not detect the route. So, I entered the route number manually. Even though it was a normal bus, the app charged me deluxe fare. In the above situation, why don't you make it possible to select the bus type in app?

@Chennai_One Tdy mrng I booked ticket by using bus QR in M1 bus. but app shows M1A. I've been traveling in this route for more than 1 year but i never seen M1A route bus. why the app shows unscheduled route number. I am unable to change route number and source stop also.

@Chennai_One @MtcChennai today I booked the ticket by using the QR in 119G route bus. But the app showed 570 route. Some Conductors arguing with me and I am facing this same issue for past two weeks in some buses. Kindly rectify the issue.

@Chennai_One @MtcChennai In most of the buses, stickers are not sticked properly. It looks like just a formality. Please look into this.
