During a recent visit, the ICRISAT team aimed to assess the success of advanced sorghum fields as part of the @FAOSaudiArabia Project, which aims to boost Rainfed Cereals Production.

Delving into the cultural roots of Millets!

Today, DG ICRISAT @hughes_jackie and Dr Ismahane Elouafi @CGIAR_EMD connected with Tribal farmers in Telangana, Odisha and Assam.

At this "Tribal Women Millet Conclave Event" organized by @AIPICRISAT, Dr Elouafi savored traditional millet cuisines and products crafted by tribal women SHGs. Dr Elouafi also received an overview from @Durgalla and @purushuru21 of ICRISAT's initiatives empowering women farmers and SHGs in the millet value chain.
