Hi @IRCTCofficial I've filed a TDR, before train arrived at my station, as my train was late by 12hrs and I didn't travel.

Now your automated system has repudiated the claim with reason - Late.

Dear @IFFCO__TOKIO For a simple car insurance claim, I had to wait for 4 days and still surveyor denied claim saying this can not be possible in general while all images shared with him ( Claim 37U52536). Pathetic service
