@CenturyLink a tree took down the residential line to my neighbor's place over the weekend. We reported it on their behalf but were not given a ticket number. is there any way to confirm someone is aware and coming to fix it?

Going on 2 weeks of waiting for a @CenturyLink tech to come for repairs. Each day I get a new confirmation the tech will be there today, and then they reschedule for the next day. It was enough to get me back on this hellsite to complain.
